Strategic Agility is a Habit - with Michelle Penney
Strategic Agility has been identified as one the core competencies CEOs see as a development need for young leaders in the credit union system.
The objective of the workshop is to de-mystify the meaning of ‘strategic’ using real-life examples, to help young leaders identify their own barriers to being agile in today’s workplace environment, and to discover new tools to help develop better habits around strategic agility.
